02 Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Str. 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you access the site, the server automatically records log files containing the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and the browser user agent. This data is technically necessary to deliver the site and to maintain its security and stability. It is not merged with other data sources.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website. Log files are retained for a short period only and are then deleted automatically. We have concluded a data processing agreement with our hosting provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
03 Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking services. It stores nothing on your device and does not build profiles of visitors. Because no non-essential technologies are used, no consent banner is shown and no consent is required.
04 Web fonts
The typefaces used on this site (Cormorant, Inter, Syne, and Nanum Myeongjo) are hosted on our own server and delivered together with the other files of this page. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other third-party font provider when this page loads, so no data about you or your device is transmitted to a third party for this purpose.
05 External links
This site contains links to external websites, including the websites of clients and partners and our studio practice at urbiks-music.com. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective operator applies. We have no influence over how those operators process your data.
06 Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (your email address, your name if given, and the content of your message) in order to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract or to pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering correspondence addressed to us. We delete inquiries once they are fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
